Tallinn's Cityscape Gets a New Modern Apartment Building – Landen Real Estate Announces Construction Project
Landen Real Estate announced a construction project in Tallinn, on the property at Paldiski Ave 95 for building a new modern apartment building. The building block, which has five and three above-ground floors respectively, offers a total of 24 apartments, more than 30 parking spaces and several commercial premises. Construction work is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2025 and will last until the third quarter of 2026.
The construction tender is carried out in two parts – at the preliminary project stage and after the completion of the main projects. The objective of the first phase of the tender is to map the interest of potential builders and to receive price quotations for the cost of construction work with 10% accuracy. In the second phase, seven companies that submitted the most favorable offers will be involved.

The goal is to find a main contractor for construction work for an apartment building with commercial premises, including the associated outdoor areas, roads, squares and utility networks, including:
- demolition of existing buildings on the property at Paldiski Avenue 95;
- construction of Mustjuur Street infrastructure;
- construction of the Paldiski Ave 95 apartment building and outdoor areas.
