LVM Kinnisvara laid the cornerstone this week for a row house it is building on Tüve Street in Kristiine, Tallinn. Half of the homes in the project, which reaches €3 million in sale prices, have already found new owners.

According to Ingmar Saksing, member of the board of LVM Kinnisvara, the Tüve Street 47 row house project is a good example of how, when it comes to quality property in a good location, it finds buyers quickly in Tallinn even when it is not a product centered on price. "The interest shown in the Tüve Street row houses is behind the fact that Kristiine no longer has suitable plots left for quality new row house developments," he noted.

The Tüve Street row houses are in Kristiine, where there are quiet streets and plenty of birdsong. Near the homes is the renovated Räägu Park, kindergartens and schools. All units are 4-room apartments with 120.5 m² of total floor space, with functional and good planning. Each unit also has a 12.8 m² balcony and a 14.4 m² terrace plus two parking spaces in a yard bounded by barriers. Architect Velle Kadalipp (JVR architecture bureau) has brought brightness to the building with light architecture and, befitting the name of Tüve Street, light wood adds character to the façade.
