A services and retail corridor opened in the Hobujaama 4 office building in downtown Tallinn
The largest commercial building crossing the main pedestrian flow in the city center, Hobujaama 4, underwent a comprehensive renovation to open its first two floors to the public for various services. A total of 1450 square meters of space in the Hobujaama building was renovated and converted into A-class commercial premises.
The commercial building, known as the former Nordea bank headquarters, already has its first new tenants opening their doors. On the second floor of the building, which belongs to real estate company Colonna, Royal Grace clinic has begun operations, and in May, an exclusive beauty salon LN Beauty Estonia will open on the first floor. "All business entrances open into a light-filled atrium and are easy to find for visitors. The first floor commercial spaces are adapted for service provision and equipped with the necessary water connections. Clients coming from the busy city street can enjoy taking time in the atrium with its natural light and modern design," described Colonna's rental relations manager Ave-Liis Uuspõld the new concept.
A unique service-focused street created in the heart of the city center will soon offer all major beauty services. "Some atrium-adjacent commercial spaces are still available and companies from various sectors are welcome. The light-filled spacious atrium also offers excellent opportunities for organizing art exhibitions or fashion shows," said Uuspõld.
The building's location is very suitable for providing various services, as it is situated along the pedestrian transit corridor between the harbor and the city center. The pedestrian crossing at Hobujaama Street and Narva Avenue is the largest pedestrian crossing used daily in Tallinn.
