Tabasalu Park Houses Construction Begins - Over One-Third of New Homes Already Sold
Construction work on the new Pargikoduds apartment building rising in Tabasalu town center has begun. Real estate developer Reterra is building a modern residential and commercial building at Kallaste 5, which will be completed by the end of 2026. The investment costs 7 million euros.
The new building is located in the heart of Tabasalu, right next to Tabasalu Center. According to Kaspar Markus, Sales and Marketing Director at Reterra, there has been great interest in the project from the start. "To date, 13 apartments have already been sold, which is over a third of the future homes in the building, confirming that Tabasalu as a living environment is highly valued among buyers," says Markus. "We clearly see that people increasingly prefer suburban areas close to the city and cozy, family-friendly living environments – there is more privacy and greenery here, and prices are also slightly more favorable."
Tabasalu Pargikoduds will have a total of 30 apartments. The selection includes spacious two to five-room apartments, all homes have a balcony or terrace. Residents' comfort is ensured by an elevator, separate storage spaces for bicycles and strollers, personal parking spaces, and high-quality interior finishes. "Pargikoduds are located near Klooga Road and therefore have very good accessibility – this is an ideal opportunity to live in an environment where all everyday services are just a few steps away," adds Markus.
Construction work on Tabasalu Pargikoduds is being carried out by construction company NOBE. "Tabasalu Pargikoduds is NOBE's first major cooperation project with Reterra and we are very pleased with the beginning of this partnership. Tabasalu's coziness and garden-town environment are values in themselves, which people increasingly appreciate when looking for a home near the city. NOBE has designed and built many apartment buildings and therefore we know how to create a living environment that fits well with the natural surroundings and meets our clients' quality expectations," says Priit Nigols, Member of the Board and Construction Director at NOBE.
Although Tabasalu is very close to Tallinn, it is an independent and complete living environment. In the immediate vicinity of the new apartment building are modern schools and kindergartens, a sports complex, tennis courts, gyms, restaurants and cafes. For nature enthusiasts, Tabasalu's riverside bank, beach, nature park and fitness trails are within walking distance. Rocca al Mare shopping center is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Tabasalu Pargikoduds has been designed by PIN Architects, who have combined Tabasalu's garden-town environment with contemporary and nature-oriented architectural solutions.
