On Telliskivi Street, the most modern office building being built by Invego has reached its full height, and it is already 80% occupied by lease agreements half a year before completion. The five million euro building has been constructed by 1Partner Ehitus.

Invego director Kristjan-Thor Vähi emphasizes that there has been a clear shortage of completely new A-class office spaces in the rapidly developing district over the past decade. "Telliskivi is a meeting point between historical and contemporary urban space, but in addition to its excellent location, the neighborhood also has its own character. In my opinion, the architects of the new office building have captured this beautifully," praises Vähi also the contribution of the architecture bureau Kauss.

According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the vast majority of the spaces have already found their tenants. As anchor tenants, Reval Cafe, which has been operating successfully on Telliskivi Street for years, and a brand new restaurant with similar ownership, will open on the building's first floor. "Our team, led by head chef Orm Oja, has a new and very cool concept in mind, which fits perfectly with Telliskivi's lively nature and busy environment," describes the plans Anri Treifeldt, who is among the owners of both food establishments.

The constructor of the three-story office building is 1Partner Ehitus, whose team has extensive experience in building and renovating in areas with distinctive historical character. 1Partner Ehitus, which belongs to the 1Partner Real Estate Group, has among other things constructed and renovated the prestigious buildings of top restaurants NOA, Tuljak and Mon Repos as well as Shishi and Põhjala Brewpub, and received special recognition for the renovation of the legendary Tallinn Flower Pavilion.
