Study of the Most Reputable Real Estate Agencies: Elamus Kinnisvara Becomes Increasingly Visible in the Estonian Real Estate Market
Market Research AS, commissioned by the Estonian Association of Real Estate Firms, conducted a survey with approximately 1000 participants that mapped the reputation and recognition of real estate agencies in the Estonian market.
According to the survey, Estonia's most reputable real estate agencies are market leaders, headed by Uus Maa, Arco Vara, and Pindi Kinnisvara. However, the survey clearly shows that in addition to large brands, there are several growing companies on the market that are receiving increasing attention.
Elamus Kinnisvara achieved approximately 11% overall recognition in the survey, which places the company at a significant position in the recognition ranking and confirms the company's increasingly strong visibility in the Estonian real estate market.
The survey highlights that when choosing a real estate firm, clients consider the following factors most important:
employee expertise
attitude towards the client
continuous client communication
company reliability
In recent years, the importance of market knowledge, quick service, and service price has also grown.
Additionally, it was found that recommendations from acquaintances play the largest role in choosing a real estate partner (47%), followed by service price and previous personal experience.
Elamus Kinnisvara's focus is to provide more personalized and client-centric service, which precisely matches the factors that Estonian real estate clients value most according to the survey.
The survey was conducted in December 2025 among Estonian residents aged 18–65.
