Scandium opens a Tiny Marienholm village consisting of mirror houses in Haapsalu. The complex of seven mini villas and two saunas is located in Haapsalu city on the Marienholm peninsula. The area has been closed for the last decade, but opened to the public this spring along with an exhibition introducing the region's history.

A complex consisting of seven glass houses in total awaits vacationers from June 1st to enjoy the life of the spa town and expansive sea views. The mini villas are located on the seashore, just 20m from the sea. Thanks to the large glass walls, one can experience the charm of seaside living from sunrise to sunset in the houses. Two of the mini villas also come with saunas with sea views. The buildings have two distinctive interior design solutions depending on their type. The creator of both is the tasteful interior architect Lilia Kristianson.

Hannes Tall, head of Scandium Living, the operator of the houses: "Tiny Marienholm is something completely new in Estonian accommodation business. In essence, it is a boutique hotel located in seven different houses right on the seashore. Thanks to the wonderful views and the abundance of birds on the nearby islets, every guest of ours can become a hobbyist marine scientist and ornithologist, able to admire powerful bird migrations and the different shades of Haapsalu lagoon without getting out of bed. With us, you can take a peaceful time for relaxation, enjoying peace and quiet."

"Three of the seven buildings are currently in place and open for accommodation. By the end of June, we will open the village in its full size. So you can stay with us comfortably alone or as a couple, but from July also with a group of up to 14 friends," Tall said.

The producer of Tiny Marienholm houses is T1 House. However, the author of the entire village concept is Scandium Kinnisvara, which in addition to mini villas is planning a comprehensive living environment for the entire peninsula with low-rise apartment buildings by the sea, leisure opportunities and later also a new SPA hotel. Of the first phase of the peninsula's development, which includes 50 apartments, more than 70% are already covered by reservations.

Marienholm peninsula is a unique place in the entire Gulf of Riga. The long peninsula extends far into the sea, yet is simultaneously part of Haapsalu city and within walking distance of all attractions. The area was an important port in the 1860s, welcoming famous spa town vacationers. Since the summer of 2022, the peninsula belongs to Scandium Kinnisvara.
