Higher than average transaction activity in recent months in the Tallinn residential real estate market has also brought price records for individual objects – during the summer months, two probably the most expensive guest apartments sold in Estonia were found through transactions. Both apartments are located in the Laferme building completed in summer on Pirita Road.

According to Robin Tiits, a real estate broker at LVM Kinnisvara who mediated the transactions, both objects and selling prices were truly exclusive and, based on current knowledge, also record-breaking in Estonian conditions. These were 7-room apartments of 209 and 264 square meters, one located in Laferme's modern and the other in the classical building section. Both apartments are private, high-ceilinged apartments with balconies and sea views on the top floor. The apartment in the historic building section has sea views in all directions and the apartment has a partially two-story layout. The parties did not wish to disclose the exact prices of the transactions, but in one case the price exceeded 2 million euros and in the other it was close to 1.5 million euros.

The Laferme building completed before Midsummer and ceremonially opened by the developer, real estate company Lind Living, on Pirita Road in Tallinn combines historical and modern architecture. Both the builder KRC Ehitus, architect Tormi Sooväli, financier LHV Bank and the client found at the opening that the completed building turned out to be even more beautiful inside and out than in the drawings, and the quality of materials and execution even exceeded the already high expectations.
