Real Estate24 is Renewing

Spring is a time for renewal, and this spring, the Kinnisvara24.ee portal and its appearance are also being refreshed.

In cooperation with our good partners, the branding agency Identity and the user experience agency UX Estonia, we will bring you an even more convenient user experience with the new look of Kinnisvara24 portal, refreshed colors, and a new logo next week.

The purpose of these changes is to offer an even better real estate portal, where it is pleasant to find advertisement information for both real estate agents and private clients. Over the past few months, we have collected feedback from both user groups and made several changes based on that foundation.

What will change:

• Kinnisvara24 logo – the logo will receive a new, more three-dimensional and playful solution that reflects Kinnisvara24's values: innovation, youthfulness, and flexibility.
• Portal color scheme – our red color remains from the previous design. We have used red since the beginning of the portal and it's how we are recognized. Next to red will now come black and white, as well as several shades of gray.
• Portal homepage – the refreshed homepage provides more information than the current one. In addition to our comfortable search engine, which now moves from the center to the left side of the page, we have also fitted new developments and special offers section, real estate news, and a large branding space where you can present your companies. The page compactly brings together a lot of information necessary for real estate agents.
• In the new design, the search engine is located on the left side of the page – our beloved search engine comes with you to all pages, so if needed, you can expand or narrow your search at any time. All necessary parameters are still in place. If you want more space on any page, it is also possible to hide the search.
• More detailed search can be done on the homepage – the search engine will be more convenient, faster, and more user-friendly, which in turn makes the search process smoother and less time-consuming than before.
• Site header – the advertising flagship site header is now calmer and no longer opens and closes. Therefore, there is less "flashing" and the list view and advertisement view pages are calmer.
• Communication materials – we are also updating our communication materials – our invoices, e-agendas, and request forms will receive the new look. All of this is so that the information we send to our private and business clients is better understood, simple, and clear.
• Brokers' and offices' subpages – the subpages of brokers and offices will soon be refreshed and will be significantly more informative than before. From the subpages, you can easily find information about different regions.
