Rae Municipality Began Sale of Koplipere Business Park Worth 7 Million
In Rae municipality, the sale of a modern, environmentally friendly warehouse and production space business park (stock office) designed for small and medium-sized enterprises has begun. The development at Koplipere tee 5 has a volume of 5,400 m², an investment of 7 million euros, and the project will be completed in the autumn of this year.
The building, located near the Tallinn ring road, is divided into 12 warehouse spaces, ranging in size from 300–1,000 m². "Thanks to the building's six-meter height, the spaces can be used very versatilely – for storage, production, or even as a sales office. The purchase of the space also comes with the option to adapt it to the owner's specific needs and preferences," described the project developer, Millerhawk OÜ owner and board member Marko Kull, adding that all warehouse spaces are also equipped with office areas.
The project construction is carried out by NOBE, whose focus is on sustainable development that meets high environmental standards. The building construction uses durable and energy-efficient solutions that ensure both low energy costs and aesthetic appearance. "The goal is to achieve A-energy class and also apply for the international LEED certification, which confirm the environmental friendliness of the development. Therefore, this is a good investment opportunity especially for companies that want to invest in modern and sustainable real estate," explained NOBE board member and construction director Priit Nigols.
