Pro Capita Sales and Marketing Director Carmen Kukk Joins Scandium Real Estate
Carmen Kukk, who led sales and marketing at Pro Capita for the past four and a half years, has taken a position at Scandium Real Estate. With a background in long-term real estate marketing, Kukk is taking on the role of sales and marketing director at Scandium. The goal is to focus on developing inspiring spaces across rental properties, residential homes, and office segments.
Carmen Kukk has been involved in Estonian real estate development for 15 years. Over the past four and a half years, she led sales and marketing for residential real estate at Pro Capita. In addition to Kalaranna Quarter and Kristiine City, located in Estonia, Kukk also managed the marketing teams for Pro Capita's developments in Latvia.
