Real estate development company Pro Kapital hosted an exclusive LHV private banking investor evening last Thursday in Tallinn at Kalaranna Quarter, bringing together topics and perspectives from the real estate, investment, and business sectors on the changing economic environment.

Pro Kapital's Chief Executive Officer Andrus Laurits and Chief Financial Officer Ann-Kristin Kuusik, whose company is listed on the stock exchange and is currently conducting another public bond issuance, provided guests with an overview of the company's development, financial results, and future plans.

One of the evening's central parts was a discussion where LHV Group's Management Board Chairman Mihkel Torim, investment expert Valeria Kiisk, and Pro Kapital Group's Management Board Chairman Edoardo Axel Preatoni shared thoughts on the impact of geopolitical tensions on the real estate market and the economy. The conversation addressed various experiences, risks, and opportunities related to investments in both the Baltic region and Dubai.

During the evening, guests were introduced to Pro Kapital's three Baltic markets – Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, where the company develops various real estate projects. For this purpose, specially curated experiences were created in different apartments at Kalaranna Quarter, which combined presentations of each country's development projects with gastronomy, atmosphere, and live music.

The program was complemented by a four-course gastronomic experience by Tõnis Saar Gastronomy and a musical finale provided by Duo Ruut.

Pro Kapital Group's public offering of two-year bonds, which is aimed at retail and professional investors in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, runs until Friday, September 18th. The bonds have a fixed interest rate of 8.3% per annum and interest payments are made quarterly. The base amount of the offering is 6 million euros, which the company can increase to up to 10 million euros in case of oversubscription.
