Pro Kapital Started Construction of New-Kindrali Houses in Tallinn's Kristiine
Real estate development company Pro Kapital has started construction work on the next phase of the Kindrali Majade project in the Kristiine City residential quarter on Tondi in Tallinn, during which the first residential building of the Uus-Kindrali project with 90 apartments and one commercial space will be completed by the end of 2025 at the address Talli 3/Sammu 8.
According to Pro Kapital's marketing director Maria Varblase, both the building construction and public sales of apartments have begun. "Pro Kapital has been developing in Kristiine City for over ten years, and the Uus-Kindrali houses project is a logical continuation of the previously completed Kindrali Majade building complex – the concept and architects are the same," she noted. According to Varblase, the Tallinn real estate market is ready for the project, 31% of apartments have already been realized in pre-sales, and this is also the reason why the groundbreaking took place.
According to Maria Varblase, the new phase of Kindrali Majade, namely Uus-Kindrali, with its small-town character brings both the liveliness of a city center and the peace of home to Kristiine City. The building being constructed is 7 stories, with one to five-room apartments. On the first floor there are studio apartments with separate entrances, and most homes have balconies or loggias. Outside the buildings are outdoor bicycle parking spaces, and inside the houses there are secure storage rooms for bicycles and strollers.
The modern Uus-Kindrali houses with Scandinavian architecture are framed by a tree-lined avenue and tall first-floor homes and commercial space characteristic of New York's Brooklyn neighborhood, which open directly onto the street space. On the other hand, between the buildings is a spacious and private courtyard area with fruit trees, berry bushes, cozy seating corners and play areas, offering joy and activities for everyone.
The leading architect for both Uus-Kindrali and Kindrali Majade buildings and landscape architects is Indrek Tiigi, Allianss Architects and the interior architect is Galina Burnakova. More information about Uus-Kindrali houses can be found here.
In Estonia, Pro Kapital currently has another object under construction in addition to Uus-Kindrali houses – the development of the final phase of Kalaranna Kvartali. The company is also engaged in developments in Riga and Vilnius.
