Real estate development company Pro Kapital has begun construction of the Musketeers' Houses in the Kristiine City residential quarter in Tond, Tallinn, completing the General's Houses development project planned for the territory of the former military barracks. The first phase will be completed by the end of 2027 with a building including commercial space at Sammu Street 7 and Talli Street 1, and subsequently by spring 2028 with a residential building at Rivi Street 8.

According to Pro Kapital's CEO Andrus Laurits, the development consists of several buildings, the concept of which is based on three different volumes with a spacious and cohesive outdoor space between them. The green courtyard features play and recreation areas and seating nooks, complemented by bicycle storage spaces and covered bike parking.

The selection includes 1-5 room apartments ranging in size from 21.5 to 131.7 m², with larger family apartments featuring saunas. Private outdoor spaces are provided by balconies, loggias and spacious terraces, and there are also apartments on the ground floor with separate entrances. The first construction phase will build 144 apartments, with an additional 110 homes added when the second residential building is completed, totaling 254 apartments.
