Real estate development company Pro Kapital held a topping-out ceremony in Tallinn on Tondi for the second phase of Kindrali Houses construction, during which a residential building with 90 apartments will be completed by the end of 2026 in the Kristiine City residential quarter at the address Sammu 10/Seebi 24a.

According to Pro Kapital's CEO Andrus Laurits, interest in the area is high – to date, 78% of the homes in the first phase of New Kindrali have been sold and nearly a third in the second phase. "Many buyers have already purchased homes in Kindrali Houses and decided to continue their home story in Kristiine City," he noted. The ongoing construction is financed by LHV Bank.

According to Laurits, New Kindrali's Nordic architecture is complemented by a green tree-lined alley, which gives the quarter its distinctive character. The tall first-floor homes characteristic of Brooklyn in New York and commercial spaces opening directly onto the street create a sense of a vibrant urban space, while the private courtyard opening between the houses is a true green oasis complete with fruit trees, berry bushes, playgrounds and cozy seating areas. "The selection includes cleverly planned studio apartments and spacious family homes, most apartments have a balcony or loggia. The buildings have convenient storage spaces, secure bicycle and pram storage rooms and a bike rack outside," described Andrus Laurits.

Pro Kapital has been developing in Kristiine City for over ten years, and the New Kindrali Houses project is a logical continuation of the previously completed Kindrali Houses building complex – for both the New Kindrali and Kindrali Houses buildings and landscape architecture, the lead architect is Indrek Tiigi from Allianss Architects.
