Priisle Business Park Expands
In Lasnamäe, Tallinn, construction work has begun on the third phase of Priisle Business Park, which will see the construction of two modern business buildings at Ussimäe 12-1 and 12-2.
The new buildings will contain a total of 22 rental spaces. Great emphasis is placed on street-facing retail spaces and warehouses with industrial design, which combine office, shop, and storage space. Customers can drive up to the door, make their purchases quickly, and then leave, which unfortunately many large shopping centers cannot offer. In addition to shops, service companies are also welcome.
"Demand for new business spaces in Lasnamäe exceeds supply," commented Norman Madiberg, commercial real estate broker at Uus Maa Real Estate Office. "This is evidenced by the constant flow of client inquiries and the fact that with quality projects, typically 80% of spaces are already rented, so to speak, on paper."
Tenants are offered flexible space solutions and, where possible, the ability to combine multiple business spaces.
Priisle Business Park is a new logistics and industrial park in Tallinn's Lasnamäe district, with approximately 20,000 square meters of multifunctional spaces under development, allowing flexible space solutions to combine retail, office, warehouse, or industrial spaces under one roof. The business park to be built spans a total of 3.1 hectares of land and is planned to be completed in four phases.
The business park developers are Hammerhead and Bellvory Management, and the main contractor for construction is Eventus Ehitus. The project consultant is interior architect Karen Bergman Wennesland, who has lived and worked in London for a long time. The rental of spaces is handled by Uus Maa Real Estate Office.
