The Tammsaare Health Center being built in Mustamäe has exceeded an important milestone – after the entire sixth floor was leased out, more than 56% of the building's spaces have already found users well before the building's completion. As a result of the latest major transaction, a modern plastic surgery clinic with two operating theaters will be built on the entire sixth floor.

According to the developers, the great interest in the health center confirms the need for modern health service centers that combine various services under one roof and are located near people's daily traffic routes.

"More than half of the building has been officially leased and this is almost eight months before completion, which clearly shows that healthcare providers are looking for quality and easily accessible spaces. We are particularly pleased that in addition to regular medical services, the building will now also have higher value-added specialist care. Leasing out the entire sixth floor along with the construction of two operating theaters is an important quality mark for the entire project," said Maido Lüiste, CEO of Scandium Real Estate.

The six-story Tammsaare Health Center being built will combine a wide range of health and wellness services under one roof. To date, SYNLAB, Estendo specialists, Invaru, Nordoptika, several family doctor practices, and dental and rehabilitation clinics have joined the building. As new additions, the health center will also receive a clinic specializing in plastic surgery, as well as a separate hair transplant clinic and a reformer pilates studio, which will further expand the range of services in the beauty and fitness sectors.

According to Lüiste, active negotiations are continuing with several other healthcare and wellness service providers.

"We want to create a center where people can find most of their health-related services in one place. Today's occupancy rate gives us confidence that we are moving toward this goal at a very good pace and interest in new spaces remains high," added Lüiste.

Tammsaare Health Center will be completed as part of the Mustamäe Heart quarter, which is larger than 55,000 square meters and combines health services, retail, residential and business spaces into a cohesive urban environment. The health center will have direct access to Mustamäe Center and will serve more than 100,000 residents at the intersection of three city districts.
