The Cherry Garden development project is being built in the heart of Vääna manor. According to Sandor Simson, partner and development director of Pinered, the developer set out to critically review people's actual space needs to find ways to make new homes more affordable. Today's young families are trying to cut back on consumption and material possessions to save the environment and leave themselves more resources for travel and other hobbies they enjoy. To find a solution, we drew inspiration from Japanese building traditions, where compact space usage is the norm." Thus Cherry Garden was born, which essentially consists of small detached houses placed side by side.
