After more than four years of construction, the Luccaranna residential area has been completed and the main contractor NOBE has handed over all homes to the client. Of the 254 homes in the residential area, which consists of 20 apartment buildings and 11 townhouses and cost 31 million euros, nearly 90% have been sold to date.

According to Invego's director Kristjan-Thor Vähi, Luccaranna, spanning approximately ten hectares, is one of the largest comprehensively developed new residential areas in Tallinn. "We placed great emphasis on ensuring that the created environment would fit well with the seaside location. In the center of the completely car-free residential area is an inter-house linear park, which creates a unified nature-oriented whole," comments Vähi. The thoroughly well-thought-out architectural ensemble of Luccaranna has been created according to Invego's vision by KUU architects and Kino landscape architects, and the final phase of development by Apex Architecture Bureau.

According to Vähi, the Kakumäe-Tiskre area has developed rapidly in recent years and has become one of Tallinners' most valued places to live. "The seaside Luccaranna is made more attractive by diverse opportunities for active leisure activities and quality infrastructure," explains Vähi and recalls that all home buyers through Invego receive a five-year construction warranty, which provides additional peace of mind and allows moving into a new home with particular ease.

The apartment buildings are equipped with elevators, the homes themselves are spacious and filled with light, with balconies or terraces, and many offer sea views. Parking has been directed to the edges of the quarter, and the car-free areas between houses and paved sidewalks alternate with various natural areas, and the sea beach is 50 meters away from the residential area.

Luccaranna is located in Tallinn, in the seaside part of the Tiskre district next to Tabasalu Bank. In the 19th century, it was a popular summer retreat for the upper classes. The Luccaranna area, together with Georg Witte's swimming salon located in Kadriorg, was one of the country's most popular seaside resorts among the high society of both Tallinn and St. Petersburg. The Lucca and Tiskre resorts were visited in their time by the family of poet Pushkin and his friends, as well as the renowned historian and writer Karamzin.
