At the end of the year, a topping-out ceremony was held at the Keila Park Houses residential area with a total budget of 17 million euros, where developer Invego honored the work of construction company NOBE.

According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, Keila Park Houses offer a peaceful living environment where greenery and city life form a unified whole. "These will be Keila's most beautiful homes, light-filled apartments with large balconies that are open to nature. The buildings, in turn, blend beautifully with the surrounding park forest, allowing families to enjoy life in the midst of greenery," said Vähi, emphasizing that a properly thought-out living environment ensures sufficient privacy for each resident.

"The buildings of Keila Park Houses are a striking example of harmony between architecture and creativity, and their unique facade brings freshness to the area. We thank Invego and all our partners for their trust and excellent cooperation – together we are creating something lasting and distinctive," said NOBE construction director and board member Priit Nigols.

The Keila Park Houses residential area will consist of six apartment buildings with A-energy class, which will house a total of 120 one- to five-room apartments with balconies and terraces, as well as thoughtfully designed recreation areas and a playground with attractions for children of different ages. All home buyers will also receive a five-year construction warranty from Invego, so the new owner does not have to worry about their investment and can settle comfortably into their new home. Park Houses are located in a highly landscaped area, just a few steps away from Keila's health trails, water center, and Keila school.
