In the Uus-Järveküla residential district developed by real estate developer Invego, 11 new houses held their roof-raising ceremonies simultaneously, honoring the construction company NOBE for their excellent work.

According to Invego sales manager Markus Külaviir, nearly 30 homes have found owners this year in the Uus-Järveküla development, which consists only of townhouses and semi-detached houses. "The home buyer has become more conscious and demanding. So the choice typically falls in favor of developments with a clear vision that offer a well-thought-out and comprehensively solved living environment," said Markus Külaviir, noting that nearly two-thirds of all Uus-Järveküla homes have found owners by now.

"In the winds of change over the past couple of years, developers have acted somewhat differently. We and the builder have firmly adhered to our original plans, and so the construction of Uus-Järveküla has been brisk and has stayed nicely on schedule," said Külaviir, praising NOBE for the work done so far.

Uus-Järveküla is a comprehensive residential district for families who want to live in the midst of nature, in the immediate vicinity of the city, and prefer greater privacy compared to what apartment buildings offer, with all homes having gardens and large terraces. Additionally, within walking distance are shops, a school and kindergartens, and good connections to the city both by public transport and by car.

The Uus-Järveküla residential district is being developed by Invego and the project's financial partner is EfTEN Capital's real estate fund EfTEN United Property Fund. The Uus-Järveküla residential district was designed by PIN Architects and NOBE is responsible for the construction work. A total of 165 townhouse and semi-detached house homes will be built in the Uus-Järveküla residential district and the total investment cost is 40 million euros.

Invego is one of Estonia's leading real estate development companies, which has built over 1250 homes and 25,000 m2 of commercial space in Tallinn and its vicinity in recent years. In Estonia, Invego's major developments include the recently completed Tiskreoja and Tabasalu Kodu, and the current projects of Luccaranna, Uus-Järveküla and Keila Pargikodude residential districts. In the capital of Latvia, the company develops residential quarters Parka Kvartals and Skanstes Residences and a townhouse residential district Vide Adaži near Riga. In 2024, Invego began development of the villa district Silves Hills in Portugal.
