Pärnu's Skyline is Changing, Development of Seaside Valgre Residential Area Continues
The company Valgre Residence, with the participation of major entrepreneurs Jaan Pillesaare and Peter Ingman, has begun construction of a 43-apartment residential building at Tiiru Street 3 in the Valgre residential area in Pärnu's seaside district.
The Valgre residential area, which began development in 2018, is located in Pärnu's seaside district on a 21,000 m² plot, along the extension of the sea-adjacent beach promenade. The residential area is planned to have five 7-9 storey apartment buildings, which will accommodate up to 300 apartments in total. The first apartment building in the Valgre residential area – at Tiiru Street 5, was completed in 2019, and the new 3,500 m² seven-storey apartment building with 43 apartments at Tiiru Street 3 will be completed in spring 2025.
According to project manager Ivo Kasaku, the Valgre residential area represents well-thought-out and comprehensive solutions that offer both current and future residents an excellent location near the sea. The architects of the Tiiru Street 3 apartment building project are Hanno Grossschmidt and Tomomi Hayashi from HG Architectural Bureau, the builder is Tera Ehitus OÜ, and sales management of the project is handled by Kinnisvaraekspert Pärnu OÜ. The developer of the residential area, Valgre Residence OÜ, is a company created in 2017 specifically for the Valgre apartment building project. The investors and owners of the Valgre residential area development are Jaan Pillesaare's investment company DSVH, Peeter Ingman's investment firm Ingman Baltic Sea Finance, and Ivo Kasaku's company Texover.
