Pärnu Seaside Apartment Building Mai 71 – Topping-Out Ceremony Held

On July 13th, in the middle of a summer afternoon, an important milestone was reached when a thank-you celebration was held for the builders of Mai 71 homes developed by Miston Capital OÜ, and the roof truss was brought down from the roof. The builders showed mercy on the developer, and creating new traditions, the construction site's best hand saw was given to Miston Capital OÜ development director Kuldar Kirikal. At the end of the celebration, we heard words of praise from the construction team, so the building was blessed with good fortune and warm relations were established with the house spirit.

By now, the seaside Mai 71 homes have reached maximum height and exterior facade finishing work is beginning. The apartment building will be completed in February 2023. The Mai 71 homes developed by Miston Capital is a three-story apartment building containing 45 apartments. The apartments feature spacious terraces and balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows make the new homes filled with light.

The choice of building location was determined by the promotion of an environmentally sustainable lifestyle – everything necessary is within a moderate walking distance. The new apartment building is located next to Raja kindergarten-swimming pool, with schools nearby and several food stores in the immediate vicinity. Pärnu beach and green areas are 1 minute away and the city center is 30 minutes away on foot. In developing the new project, the goal has been to enable the necessary daily activities to be carried out on foot or by bicycle.
