A Top-Class New Development Rising at the Heart of Pärnu Beach District on Papli 8

GRIK Construction has begun work on behalf of Rannapapli OÜ, a development company with LVM Real Estate participation, on a building with twelve guest apartments being constructed in the heart of Pärnu's seaside district at Papli Street 8, announced Ingmar Saksing, member of the board of LVM Real Estate. According to plans, the building will be completed by the end of this year. 

According to Saksing, in terms of location, this is a Pärnu creme de la creme project, as it is truly one of the best areas in the seaside district, located only a few hundred meters away from Rannahotel and the main beach. "The building at Papli 8 is the first new guest apartment development in recent years in the blocks between the beach and Tammsaare Boulevard. While historical buildings have been renovated in the area, there hasn't been a modern architectural new development on the market for some time. It will certainly be an interesting object for a discerning buyer," he noted. The building, which costs 7 million euros, was architecturally designed by architecture firm 3+1 and is being built by GRIK Construction.  

According to Reedik Raudla, the operations director of GRIK Construction, it is a great honor for the construction company's team to be partners with one of Estonia's major real estate developers, LVM, and to build another new building with striking architecture in the city of Pärnu. "Our first Pärnu building will be completed in the summer next to the new bridge - Lai 20, and by the end of the year we have committed to completing a functional and stylish guest apartment building at Papli 8. Where else could we build such special and beautiful landmarks if not in the summer capital Pärnu," commented Raudla.
