"We are progressing well on schedule so that apartment owners of the first two buildings can move in at the agreed time," confirmed Priit Luman, member of the management board of Nordecon AS. "We are very pleased to cooperate as much as possible in Pärnu with local contractors, and active construction activity is usually good input for stimulating the economy."

The development of Seiler Quarter brings new life to the former machine factory territory, and the historical heritage is reflected in the architectural whole created by 3+1 architects for the new residential quarter. The design of the buildings contains hints of industrial past, while the new era brings a contemporary and aesthetic appearance.

The quarter located at Rääma 7 is planned to have ten modern apartment buildings with a total of 133 apartments. 80% of the apartments from the first phase of construction have already been sold, and they will be completed in spring 2025. The quarter is bordered on the south side directly by the Pärnu River, and proximity to Tallinn Road and Kesklinn Bridge creates excellent transport connections. The river side of the quarter is where the popular Jaanson health trail runs, offering excellent opportunities for sports and leisure activities.
