Pärnu real estate market expands: townhouses debut in seaside villa on the promenade
In a ultra-popular area of Pärnu by the beach promenade, at address Mai 73, a villa construction with 10 apartments has reached the roof truss stage. According to Ingmar Saksing, a board member of LVM Kinnisvara, the addition of such new buildings with quality architecture and execution helps keep the real estate enthusiasts of the resort town focused on the city.
“Not everyone is a homeowner by nature and not everyone has time to maintain their house, but the feeling of home is still associated with a garden and greenery,” explained LVM Kinnisvara board member Ingmar Saksing the concept of the house being completed on Mai Street. “Therefore, we are building a small villa-type apartment building with a large garden for a buyer who values home emotion highly, almost in the city center, but in the midst of nature.” According to Saksing, the homes to be created in the building called Future Home Garden are suitable primarily for a demanding person who, alongside their home environment, also values mobility options, good architecture, and quality interior finishing.
The low villa fits into the environment of Pärnu's beach area with its modern, yet restrained architecture and abundant landscaping. Mai 73 is a three-story villa with 10 residential apartments with a closed net floor area of approximately 700 m². Six of the ten residential apartments have spacious terraces, the rest have balconies; the villa also includes a secure private parking lot and storage spaces. The price of apartments ranges from 195,000 to 370,000 euros. The architects of the building are Hardi Lehemaa and Helle-Ann Urgard from the architecture office Pind.
LVM Kinnisvara is a real estate company founded in 1992, with offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, and Kuressaare, and whose services have been used by more than 50,000 clients. The company currently has 1,000 real estate objects for sale worth 201 million euros. The company's website is the most visited real estate company website in Estonia with 80,000 visits per month.
