Construction of a New Residential Quarter Began in Paikuse

In the town of Pärnu, in the Paikuse district, at Pärnade pst 7, construction work has begun on the Uus-Paikuse quarter. Developer Uus-Paikuse OÜ is building a new residential quarter in three phases, combining contemporary wooden architecture, greenery, and a well-thought-out living environment.

According to Jorma Arukase, a board member of Uus-Paikuse OÜ, the goal is to create a living environment in Paikuse that stands the test of time. "Uus-Paikuse is not just one apartment building, but a new residential quarter. Our goal is to create an environment where architecture, greenery, and everyday life form a natural whole," said Arukase.

The architecture of Uus-Paikuse quarter is inspired by contemporary wooden architecture. Natural wood, spacious balconies, and projecting roof eaves give Uus-Paikuse its own character and connect the buildings with the surrounding greenery.

Pre-sales of homes began this spring, and a quarter of the apartments in the first phase have already been sold. According to Ingmar Saksing, a board member of LVM Kinnisvara, Uus-Paikuse has brought something to the market that the region has been waiting for for years.

"Paikuse has been an appreciated place to live for years, but the supply of new apartments has been very limited. Uus-Paikuse brings to the market something that has long been awaited here – a complete new residential quarter. This is also well confirmed by buyers – all of them are connected to Paikuse today or in the past," said Saksing.

The Uus-Paikuse quarter will have 64 apartments completed in three phases, and the new residential quarter will be home to approximately 200 people. The total investment in the quarter is approximately 9 million euros. The architect of the quarter is LUMIA Architecture Bureau, it will be built by MORTEN GROUP OÜ, and the sales partner is LVM Kinnisvara.
