That's All! The Last Home in the 58 Million Euro Tiskreoja Residential Complex Has Been Sold
In January, the last of the 501 homes in the Tiskreoja residential area was sold, and from now on, homes built by Invego in this area can only be purchased on the secondary market. The residential area, completed on the border of Tallinn city and Harku municipality, has been valued for its scale, comprehensive concept, and diverse recreational opportunities.
According to Invego's CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, Tiskreoja has been a kind of trendsetter in many respects. "This is the region's first residential area solved so comprehensively and diversely. Thanks to this, the value of the first homes completed five years ago has continuously grown over time," emphasizes Vähi and lists several important strengths of Tiskreoja homes, which by now have become standard for many: thanks to spacious balconies and terraces and large window panes, the homes are flooded with light, the apartment walls have stronger sound insulation than the standards require, and even in three-story apartment buildings there are elevators.
Tiskreoja is unique also for its numerous sports and recreational opportunities, in which the developer invested more than a million euros. "In addition to the large children's playground, the quarter has a full-size basketball court, an outdoor gym, a stretching area, and even a skate park," describes the Invego CEO. Vähi is confident that comprehensive and human-centered developments add value to the entire urban space of the region.
The architects behind the architectural solution of the Tiskreoja residential area, built on six hectares in total, are PIN Architects, and the builder is NOBE.
