Novira Capital Builds 16-Story Residential Building Stellar in the Heart of Tallinn with 54 Million Euros
Estonian real estate developer Novira Capital and investment management company Evernord are building Stellar, a luxurious 16-story residential building with 147 apartments in downtown Tallinn with an investment of 54 million euros. The construction partner is Oma Ehitaja, construction work has begun and the building will be completed in July 2027.
Stellar, being built at Tartu maantee 15, will bring new urban quality, elegant and dignified architecture to the so-called Compass neighborhood that fits well with the surrounding environment. "It is hard to imagine a more central location for a brand new apartment building in the heart of Tallinn.
Alongside all the conveniences of city life, Stellar will also offer plenty of peace and privacy," confirms Jolanta Jurga, Director of Evernord Asset Management and founder of Evernord Group, emphasizing that this is a development focused solely on residential space, with no office space included. "A home at Stellar is energy-efficient and comfortable, bringing people back to the city center and reducing people's ecological footprint through smaller land use and more efficient transportation arrangements," adds Jolanta Jurga.
The building consists of spacious, bright apartments with one to five rooms, ranging from 30 to 160 square meters, complemented by high ceilings, large windows, and terraces and balconies. Great emphasis has been placed on environmentally friendly and modern solutions in the building's design, and it meets A-energy class requirements and LEED Gold certification standards. "Environmentally friendly building materials and innovative smart home systems help create a pleasant indoor climate while keeping costs under control," explains Nikolay Kryzhanovskiy, CEO of Novira Capital.
In addition to the apartments, a lush green courtyard area is planned for Stellar, offering diverse leisure time opportunities. "The courtyard with rest areas and playgrounds is designed so that a suitable environment for spending time outdoors is available for both children and adults," describes Kryzhanovskiy and adds that within walking distance there are several schools and kindergartens, parks and sports facilities, as well as a large number of various shops, restaurants and cafes.
The architectural solution for Stellar was created by Pluss architects Indrek Suigusaar and Tanno Tammesson in collaboration with Meelis Press architects.
