Nordecon's Management Board Expands as Long-Experienced Construction Director Tarmo Pohlak Joins the Company
Estonia's largest construction main contractor Nordecon AS is strengthening its management board with valuable experience and competence. On June 5, 2023, construction manager Tarmo Pohlak with long-standing experience will join Nordecon's management board.

Tarmo Pohlak has extensive management experience, having worked in construction companies focused on main contracting as well as on the real estate development side. Under Tarmo's management, many large and complex construction projects have been realized over the years. Uniquely in Estonia, the Builder of the Year title has been awarded to him twice: in 2009 for managing the construction of the Tallink office building and in 2016 for managing the construction of the Hilton Park Hotel.
Nordecon AS management board continues with four members: Gerd Müller (Chairman), Maret Tambek, Priit Luman and Tarmo Pohlak.
