New Stage! Baltic Region's Largest Toyota Center Built by Capital Milli and Amserv Reaches Full Scale
On July 10th, Capital Mill, together with Amserv Tallinn and Tallinn Construction Trust, held a topping-out ceremony for the new Amserv auto center. Together, they are building the largest Toyota dealership in the Baltics in Rae municipality, which will be completed in the summer of 2026.
"Construction has started vigorously – earlier this spring we broke ground, and by now we have progressed with the construction work to the point where we can bring the roof truss under the future Amserv flagship," said Silver Neemelo, head of construction at Capital Mill.
According to Neemelo, the construction team has been doing excellently so far – the building frame is complete and roof construction work is underway. In his opinion, cooperation with Amserv means more than just building a new building. "This is a step into the future where architecture, functionality, and responsibility go hand in hand".
The completed 12,000 m² building will house Toyota's new and used car sales and service areas, repair halls, warehouses, and a parking garage. The dealership will be built according to Toyota's latest standards, and special attention will be paid to energy efficiency and sustainability during construction – the goal is to achieve LEED GOLD certification and A energy class.
"The topping-out ceremony is a symbolic milestone for us – it shows that we are moving firmly towards the future, which includes a modern service environment and strong customer experience," added Rene Varek, CEO of Amserv Group.
Marek Maide, CEO of Toyota Baltic, praised Amserv's consistent contribution to the development of Toyota's service network. "Amserv's new dealership is a true example of how strong partnership and ambitious vision create something that provides value to both customers and the entire region."
The new Amserv dealership in Rae municipality at Vägeva tee 2 will open in the summer of 2026. This is part of the company's broader investment plan – new centers in Paide and Pärnu opened at the beginning of 2025, and in the coming years, the focus will be on developing even larger and more environmentally conscious service centers throughout Estonia.
