New Mustamäe Development's Fourth Phase Reaches Full Height

The residential development company Bonava held a topping-out ceremony at its New Mustamäe development. In the fifth phase of the neighborhood, at the address Aiandi 9, a 6-, 8-, and 4-story residential building with a total of 99 apartments are being completed. The new homes will be ready for move-in in spring 2023, with 30 of them awaiting new residents to move in during the last month of this year.

The residential buildings created in three ensembles form a unified whole, with an inter-house recreational area at its center. In addition to the neighborhood park, next to the new homes is also a playground for small children, where they can spend time enjoyably in the comfort of their home. Residents are delighted with ground-floor parking and covered parking spaces, which provide car owners with added convenience and create a safe environment for residents.

„Next, the apartments are awaiting finishing work, and work on outdoor areas will be completed during the autumn," noted the development project manager Margus Klaos.

New Mustamäe, where the first homes were completed in 2020 and a total of 850 new apartments will be completed within seven years, will become the most modern comprehensive residential area in Mustamäe. The residential area features a carefully planned park spanning approximately 7,000 square meters, where the whole family can find shared leisure opportunities. You will find playgrounds, fruit trees, a picnic area, an outdoor gym, and a unique pumptrack cycling trail.

According to Lauri Laanoja, Bonava Estonia's sales and marketing director, Mustamäe's most modern new development has won the favor of clients. "The area is preferred by home buyers who want to live a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but for whom a comprehensive living environment and quick connections to the city center are important.
