New Downtown A-Class Office Building Maarki HUB Reaches Full Height
From today, you can see the full height of the A-class exclusive office building Maakri HUB rising in the city center. The building at Maarki 23A will be visible in its full glory by autumn, and the first tenants will start working in the offices by the end of the year.
According to Indrek Saare, director of OÜ Vilcon Ehitus, the building construction is on schedule despite the difficult situation that has emerged. "Full height has been achieved, and we are moving forward with facade and interior work. The building will receive new facades and interior solutions, and it will be made environmentally friendly with new technical solutions, insulation, heating and ventilation systems, and more," said Saare.
According to Sven Mihalov, partner of developer Fausto Capital, the building is already filling up with tenants. Piletilevi Group's largest office will occupy two floors, and soon we will be able to announce the first anchor tenants. "Companies are moving forward with their office space rental plans. Since the difficult situation caused by the war also affects the construction sector, the construction of some developments may be delayed and supply may decrease somewhat as a result. Certainly, ongoing developments such as Maakri HUB will be completed," said Mihalov.
The 17-story building brings 10,000 square meters of A-class office space to the commercial real estate market and provides competition for buildings in Tallinn's city center tower district. Maakri HUB will add to the street's city life with pleasant cafes and restaurants, which will open on the first glass-facade floor of the building. Greenery will also be added to the street, as the small courtyard in front of the building will be filled with plants, cozy lighting, and seating areas where you can take a break. An office in the city center allows the use of active mobility, which is why Maakri HUB will have a bicycle parking lot with changing rooms and charging points for kick scooters. Parking can be solved by using Europark facilities, where tenants have the opportunity to park at significantly more favorable prices.
