Miston Capital Builds Seaside Apartments in Pärnu
Residential developer Miston Capital will start building Vista Residences on the shore of Pärnu Bay, which will be completed in the early summer of 2025. The construction of three residential buildings rising on Mai Street focuses on affordability and quality.
According to Miston Capital's development director Kuldar Kirikal, Vista Residences are designed for a conscious person who values quality and family-friendly living environment. "We see that there is consistently high demand in Pärnu for homes located by the sea. Vista Residences will become Pärnu's closest new apartment buildings to the sea, where a peaceful living environment is of paramount importance. The buildings are located on a low-traffic cul-de-sac, and between the houses there will be access to the beach promenade bicycle path, which runs along the seashore," said Kirikal.
"Like everything around us, architecture is advancing rapidly over time, making people's living environment increasingly better. With Vista Residences, we want to make our hometown more modern while preserving the spa town character that is characteristic of Pärnu. That is why the development has been given its name inspired by the Italian language, where vista means sight or view," said Kirikal.
Vista Residences buildings will have three floors, and the selection includes 2 to 4-room apartments, which include a terrace of up to 33 m2 or a large glass-enclosed balcony. The interior finishes of the apartments use high-quality and natural materials, and the floors will be covered with solid wood parquet. High ceilings of 2.9 meters and energy-efficient floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize the use of daylight will provide openness to the rooms. Storage facilities and parking spaces will also be built near the buildings.
According to Kirikal, in new developments, their affordability and energy-friendliness have become a firm standard that must be followed in every detail of the building. "On the market, A-energy class has become a clear expectation of home buyers for new buildings, which we have also followed in Miston's previous projects. However, developers need to pay increasingly more attention to details – for example, smart home solutions should be used in apartments," said Kirikal.
In Vista Residences apartments with A-energy class, there is underfloor water heating, heat recovery ventilation and cooling readiness. The roofs of the buildings are covered with solar panels, and all apartments have been equipped with electric vehicle charging point readiness. A smart home solution helps keep the building's electricity and heating costs under control.
The apartments planned for the quiet Mai Street area are about three kilometers away from Pärnu city center. Near the houses there are several kindergartens, a school, a swimming pool, a shopping center and a modern playground.
