Mihkel Pärtel Became Managing Partner at 1Partner Advisory
Mihkel Pärtel, a professional with extensive sector experience, has become the leading partner of 1Partner Advisory, a real estate investment consulting firm belonging to the 1Partner Real Estate Group.

Mihkel Pärtel has previously led Pindi Real Estate's commercial real estate division and was the head of the consulting division at BPT Real Estate AS. In recent years, he has been a partner at Elan Capital, which deals with real estate consulting and investments, and has also launched a residential development company in Tallinn. Mihkel Pärtel holds the MRICS (Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) certificate and studied economics at TalTech, where he obtained a master's degree in finance.
