List: What Does an Estonian Person Consider Most Important About Their Home?
1,123 people in Estonia were asked what is important to them about their home and what contributes to creating a sense of home. The most important room in a pleasant home is the kitchen, followed by the bathroom and bedroom. People are most satisfied with ceiling heights in their current homes, according to a survey by international residential developer Bonava.

Respondents consider the biggest problems with their current kitchen to be its smallness (34%), insufficient work surface (32%), and lack of storage space (29%). 56% of respondents would like to have more space in their home than they currently do, 37% are satisfied with their home's size, and 7% feel their home could be smaller.
The "Happy Neighborhood Survey" is a project that Bonava launched in 2017, and this year's survey is the third in the series.
