Merko Builds Seven Apartment Buildings in Tartu

Seven new apartment buildings are rising in central Tartu between Tähe, Pargi, and Päeva streets under the name Tähepark Homes.

Tähepark Homes are located a ten-minute walk from the heart of Tartu. "Easy access to everything a person needs to live and amenities to enjoy in your own home or courtyard," characterized the new residential district, planned as a green urban oasis, by Juhan Varik, head of the Southern Estonia division of Merko Ehitus Eesti. The new residential area was designed by architect Anu Tammemägi.

Construction work will begin in March 2018. First, four apartment buildings will be completed and the first residents can move into their new homes in spring 2019.
