Õielehe kortermaja

As part of the second phase of the Õielehe residential quarter located in Jüri town, Merko is building three apartment buildings that will be completed by spring 2027. Today also marks the beginning of sales for apartments in the first terraced house of the Õielehe residential quarter.

The Õielehe buildings are compact and cozy, and families of various sizes can create their homes there. The two-story apartment buildings will contain a total of 33 apartments with 2–5 rooms. The first terraced house of the residential quarter is planned to have five two-story apartments with 4–5 rooms.

„A year ago, the first homes of Õielehe were completed and the residential quarter has been very well received by residents. The quiet home environment and safe neighborhood are appreciated, as well as the fact that the amenities needed for living are very close in Jüri town and the connection to Tallinn city center is quick. Families have moved into the first apartment buildings of the quarter and are eagerly awaiting new neighbors," commented Indrek Tarto, Head of Merko Homes.

The Õielehe buildings are energy class A, all apartments in the apartment buildings have a balcony or terrace, and the terraced house apartments include two terraces that are located according to the morning and evening sun directions respectively. The buildings include courtyards with greenery and rest and play areas. The parking spaces for residents' cars have the readiness for installing electric car charging points and the roofs of the apartment buildings have solar panels. As an additional amenity, the option to install a cooling system will be provided in the apartments.

The total scope of Õielehe will include ten apartment buildings and four terraced houses and the quarter will be home to more than 140 families. The quarter's first two apartment buildings were completed in spring 2025.

Õielehe is a functional and nature-integrated cozy living environment. The spatial organization of the quarter's buildings creates a pleasant home environment for residents, and additional opportunities are provided by the nearby health trail and the outdoor gym created by Merko.

All the essentials for comfortable living are available near the residential quarter. Just a short walk from the Õielehe homes are several schools, such as the Rae State Gymnasium built by Merko, as well as numerous kindergartens, shops, restaurants and various opportunities for sports and cultural enjoyment.
