The quarter consists of four townhouse blocks, forming a cozy inner courtyard that invites both relaxation and play. Among a total of 36 townhouses, everyone can find one that suits their family, considering light, terrace location, and home size. When positioning the buildings, careful attention was paid to privacy, as the L-shaped buildings create a cozy inner courtyard, and the terrace locations are oriented in different directions relative to each other, allowing your family to spend time privately.

With children in mind, the inner courtyard also has a nice playground, and what could be better than making friends with other children who are your neighbors.

The home search process can be quite a challenge, but Laaneserva homes have many advantages that set them apart from others. Since the Laaneserva residential quarter is built directly in a pine forest, preserving as many trees as possible, you can move into an already green home and don't have to wait for the trees to grow.

Location is often a decisive factor in choosing a new home. The Laaneserva quarter is located within a stone's throw of the heart of Viimsi, where all necessary services are located, from grocery stores and spas to schools and hospitals. The Viimsi market and kindergarten are also within biking or walking distance.
