A desk is a place that is a strong companion for us throughout the day - whether it's in an office, a home office, a rental apartment, or a dorm room. Behind it should be guaranteed only good thoughts, waves of innovative ideas, and changes in the world! But how can we add even more character to the desk?
1. Add something green
If you're not particularly gifted with plants otherwise, then various succulents are a good companion. Especially cool are, for example, small cacti and best of all - their care is incredibly simple! You can find succulent plants in various garden centers or plant sections of building supply stores. They are currently very popular and therefore easy to find in stores.
2. Use cool accessories
To add a pleasant feeling to your desk, use cool accessories! Some super-cool notebook that you're always too afraid to actually write in, a nice candle holder, a vase, or perhaps a retro camera. Everything that speaks to you is right and good, and small items with good vibes are wonderful helpers in making your workday or studies successful.
3. Organize
It is very important that your desk stays tidy. This is helped by keeping things organized and structured. Use baskets, boxes, jars, and containers as tools, and don't let a single paper clip feel lonely among the wrong things. The nice thing is that different helping tools are readily available, and even nicer is the ability to reuse different boxes and give them a new look yourself!
