OÜ Vilcon Ehitus will manage the construction of the building on Maakri Street until the building is completely finished. According to Indrek Saare, the head of OÜ Vilcon Ehitus, material shortages will not affect them at this current construction stage, and the plan is to have the building's exterior appearance ready in its full glory by autumn.

With 13 years of experience in the Estonian construction market, OÜ Vilcon Ehitus has a competent team and readiness for new challenges and exciting projects. According to Indrek Saare, cooperation with Maakri 23A developer Fausto Capital has been progressing vigorously, and managing the construction of the Maakri Street building is one of the first examples on this journey.

The exclusive 17-story Maakri 23A building will bring 10,000 square meters of A-class office space to the commercial real estate market. The building's facades and interior solutions will receive a new look, and two additional glass stories will be built on top of the building. The building will be made environmentally friendly, technical solutions will be replaced, insulation, heating and ventilation systems, windows and everything else necessary will be changed. After a thorough renovation, Maakri 23A will compete with office space in new commercial buildings.
