LVM Real Estate: The Most Expensive Apartment of 2023 Changed Hands for 1.9 Million Euros
In Estonia's most expensive apartment transaction of the past year, an apartment in Tallinn changed hands for 1.9 million euros, while the most expensive apartment transaction in Jõgeva reached only 70,000 euros.
In Tartu, the most expensive apartment transaction of the past year reached 755,000 euros and in Pärnu 737,000 euros. The most expensive transactions exceeded a quarter million euros further in Haapsalu (440,000 euros), Rapla (390,000 euros) and Kuressaare (332,000 euros).
The cheapest apartment transaction fell below 1,000 euros in three cities, with the cheapest apartment changing hands for just 200 euros in Võru. In Tallinn, Viljandi, Rakvere and Narva, the cheapest apartment transaction involved 1,000 euros and in Tartu 3,000 euros.
