LVM Real Estate: The Most Expensive Apartment of 2022 Changed Hands for 1.6 Million Euros

In Estonia's most expensive apartment transaction of the past year, an apartment in Tallinn changed hands for 1.6 million euros, while the most expensive apartment transaction in Valga reached only 49,900 euros.

In Pärnu, the most expensive apartment transaction of the past year amounted to 570,000 euros and in Tartu 426,000 euros. The most expensive transactions exceeded a quarter million euros in Viljandi (315,080 euros), Haapsalu (300,000 euros) and Kuressaare (298,000 euros).

The cheapest apartment transaction fell below 1,000 euros in eight cities, the cheapest apartment changing hands for only 23 euros in Narva. In Valga, Rakvere and Põlva, the cheapest apartment transaction saw an apartment change hands for one hundred euros and in Pärnu for 200 euros.
