LVM Real Estate: Estonia's Most Expensive Apartment of 2024 Changed Hands for 1.26 Million Euros
In Estonia's most expensive apartment transaction of the past year, an apartment changed hands in Tallinn for 1.26 million euros, while the most expensive apartment transaction in Jõgeva reached only 72,500 euros.
In Pärnu, the most expensive apartment transaction of the past year reached 700,000 euros and in Tartu 654,809 euros. The most expensive transactions exceeded a quarter million euros in Haapsalu (351,500 euros), Narva (337,000 euros), Rakvere (300,000 euros) and Kuressaare (285,900 euros). The cheapest apartment transaction fell below 5,000 euros in twelve cities, the cheapest apartment changed hands for only 50 euros in Valga. In Viljandi, the cheapest apartment transaction involved 5,000 euros, in Rapla 8,000 euros and in Kärdla 9,000 euros.
