Three New Apartment Buildings Rising in the Town

Real estate development company Kastanikodud OÜ and construction company NOBE (Nordecon Betoon OÜ) have concluded a contract for the construction of three apartment buildings in the Loo settlement. During the second phase of the Kastani Kodud residential area, 120 apartments will be built. The cost of the work is approximately 10.3 million euros, to which VAT is added. Construction work will begin in August 2022 and will be completed by autumn 2023.

In the Loo settlement, Jõelähtme municipality, Harjumaa county, at addresses Kastani tee 6, 8 and 10, three modern four-story apartment buildings with 40 apartments each and lifts will be completed, with parking spaces included in the apartment price. Each building has 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments with water floor heating. The entire Kastani Kodud residential development has been designed by the architecture office Korrus.

„People have received the development very well, which is also illustrated by the fact that all 80 apartments of the first phase have been sold to date. The apartments' layouts are praised and of course the potential in the location is seen – proximity to Tallinn city center, the pleasant greenery of a small town," said Kastanikodud OÜ board member Reimo Nook.

So that it would be convenient to move around the new development with 280 apartments, a new roundabout will be completed by the end of 2022 next to Kastani Kodud on the developer's order.

The complete Kastani Kodud development project includes seven modern residential buildings in Loo village with a total of 280 apartments.
