Good Logistics Location Brought Fashion Brand Manager LPP Estonia OÜ to Fahle Park
In October, LPP Estonia OÜ moved its office to Fahle Park, the company that manages international brands Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay and operates a total of 36 stores across Estonia. The company is expanding the youth brand Sinsay stores and wants to bring them to smaller Estonian cities as well. In addition to the need for larger spaces, the logistics location was also decisive for the move to Fahle Park.
"We are creating several new jobs and moving to Fahle Park to spaces that are twice as large. We need fast logistics between our stores and office, and Fahle is one of the few city center developments that, in addition to an excellent environment, also offers an ideal starting position for moving in every direction from Tallinn. The immediate proximity to the bus station, airport and train traffic adds quick connections to more distant regions," said Kaidi Kask, CEO of LPP Estonia OÜ.
"From the Fahle office, LPP will manage its e-shop operations, accounting and administration, and oversee LPP's operations in Finland. A 395 square meter office will create large training spaces to promote internal career development and bring together the office and store staff," said Kaidi Kask.
According to Sven Mihhailov, partner of Fahle Park developer Fausto Capital, the spaces in the first two phases of Fahle Park will soon be fully leased, and ahead are the renovation of Fahle Katlamaja into an office building and the construction of a new and environmentally friendly building at Tartu St. 84B.
