Livenil Has Completed a Model Home in the Exclusive Regatti Development
The first home in Liven's fresh Regati development has been completed in the immediate vicinity of Pirita hunting harbor. The sample home created in the Regati pst 5 building has been designed by interior architect Lennart Lind from the architecture bureau Salto. Interested parties will have the opportunity to see this unique interior already this Thursday, when a client day with pre-registration takes place.
"The Regati sample home interior is certainly not safe in the classical sense. This gallery-feeling home is meant to evoke emotions and we don't believe it will leave anyone indifferent," said Liven's creative director Alina Kester. "We know that for some it may seem too bold, but that is precisely part of Liven's business logic – to create homes that stand out and tell their own story."
The interior design of the sample home uses interior finishes with a calm tonality, complemented by an eclectic combination of furniture and details. The interior design brings together design classics and contemporary art: the living room and office feature photographs by Inga Tislar, and the master bedroom's ceramic wall panels were created by ceramicist Triinu Maide-Safin. The furniture selection includes a Meridian sofa, the famous s-shaped dining chairs by Verner Panton, and lighting fixtures from both Panton and British design icon Tom Dixon.
A unifying element throughout the entire apartment is spoons designed by Ettore Sottsass, the great figure of Italian postmodern design, in different tones, which tie the rooms together into a whole. There is plenty to think about – the signal red color in the home interior and the comeback of high gloss have not gone unnoticed.
Regati development project manager Sander Treijar emphasizes that although the company has used virtual reality and 3D solutions for years, these do not replace the real experience. "We can certainly show the home in every possible format, but the best way to perceive a space is still to be there in person," said Sander Treijar.
The client day takes place on Thursday and access is only by pre-registration. "We have quite a large team on site to ensure safe movement and personal guidance for all interested parties," added Alina Kester. The visit starts from the Pirita TOP parking lot, from where a marked and clean path leads to the sample home.
