Liveni Regatta's Second Stage Show Home Ready Before Construction Begins
Real estate developer Liven brings IT sector logic to construction, and a show apartment of the second phase of Regati can be visited even before construction begins. Located next to Pirita promenade, Regati is the first residential development in Estonia that has received the unique LEED certificate at the highest level.
In the second phase of Regati development, three apartment buildings will be built and pre-sales of homes will begin this spring. Currently, construction preparations are still underway, but the show apartment has already opened its doors.
According to Liven's CEO Andero Laur, homebuyers' expectations for homes and awareness of different possibilities are constantly increasing. "Testing and showing the product to clients as early as possible are well-known in the IT sector. In the digital age, a similar approach makes sense in real estate development as well, so people can have a say in creating their home particularly early – even before construction begins," said Andero Laur.
Show apartment ready before the foundation
A show apartment was built in the house of Regati's first phase, where interested parties can see the interior solutions planned to be used in the second phase buildings. "We decided not to wait for the new buildings to be completed and created a show apartment already in the first phase building. This way, a show apartment was chosen from an apartment that offers a sea view, but also a view towards the direction of the new phase, where the last three buildings will rise," said Laur.
According to Andero Laur, it is important that, like in other Liven developments, the future residents of Regati's second phase homes can have a say in both planning and interior solutions. "Regarding the new show apartment created by interior designer Anita Karma, I am particularly pleased that in addition to the apartment's aesthetic beauty, its furniture solutions are functional and take into account the wishes of Pirita homebuyers," emphasized Laur.
Unique LEED certificate
Regati, a seaside home located in Pirita, is the first apartment building development in Estonia that, in addition to the A energy class label, has received the international LEED certificate at the highest level. In granting the certificate, the assessment is not limited to energy efficiency alone, but the overall impact of the building on the environment is taken into account. Thus, everything from design to the completed homes must be created while protecting the environment and health. So far in Estonia, internationally recognized LEED certificates have been received mainly by commercial buildings.
The apartment buildings of Regati's first phase have already received international attention. Latvia's architects association and several of Liven's Finnish cooperation partners have visited Regati homes.
