A cornerstone was laid for the development of Liveni Headquarters in North Tallinn on Erika Street. The architectural solution for the development was created by PIN Architects, and the construction work is being carried out by Oma Ehitaja. The headquarters development combines historical industrial heritage with a new living environment, with a water tower remaining as the central landmark of the area.

"What makes the headquarters development special is that on Erika Street, historical heritage meets new architecture and a contemporary living environment. Here, the strengths of North Tallinn come into play – proximity to the city center, good connections, and accessibility of everyday services," said Liveni CEO Andero Laur.

In the first phase of the development, buildings Erika 6a and 6b will be completed with a total of 68 apartments. The second phase, planned for the Erika 12 property, will add six apartment buildings with 137 apartments. The first phase apartments will be completed in 2027. A time capsule was also placed at the cornerstone, containing a current newspaper and a memory stick with project information.

"What makes this project significant and challenging for us is that together with PIN Architects and Oma Ehitaja, we had to find a balance between what to preserve, what to rethink, and how to transform the former industrial area into a green and contemporary living environment," said Liveni CEO Andero Laur.

The interior design of Headquarters draws from North Tallinn's industrial heritage, bringing an industrial feel to the homes: concrete ceilings, high windows, and robust surfaces, balanced by bold and distinctive interior solutions. The apartment layouts vary from two-room to four-room units, ranging in size from 39–127 m². All homes have balconies, and the buildings have elevators.

"Headquarters is a good example of a thoughtful, distinctive project that fits well into its surroundings, which also applies to all other Liveni homes," said Liveni CEO Andero Laur.
