Liven is building A-energy class homes with ground source heating on the shore of Harku Lake, on Särje and Kõrkja streets. In the second phase, 5 terraced houses will be completed, meaning 30 homes, along with the associated parking area. The construction contract has been signed with Tesron Ehitus OÜ, the company that also completed the first phase in cooperation with Liven.

The terraced houses of the first phase are nearing completion and the doors of the first show home are now open. The show home layout was selected from Liven's options and in addition to the spacious living room, the first floor also features a sauna, a separate toilet, and a storage room. The second floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. A picture says more than a thousand words, but only by visiting the site can you fully appreciate the unique character of this home. Liven's interior architect Lennart Lind has used materials that are also available to Liven's clients to choose from. The options can be combined and each home in this small Scandinavian-like village will be distinctive.

Lennart Lind: "The show home is seemingly modest at first glance, but conceals playful details within. To balance the calm and muted tones, color nuances have been added."

The new garden town is distinctive, located near Harku Lake, with the idea authored by ARS Projekt OÜ. Terraced houses with gabled roofs and small apartment buildings are rising here. Both the facades and window frames are unique in each building, and the surroundings will also be distinctive – the residential area features open fencing and playful landscape architecture created by TajuRuum OÜ. The space between the buildings is designed so that the private area near the terrace transitions smoothly into a semi-private area and then into public space. The landscaping is winding and in addition to planted shrubs, the garden town features tall vegetation.
